Gleam Team's cleaning technicians are trained thoroughly and signed off by the lead trainer before being released on their 

own. Our cleaning techs receive regular performance reviews and quality checks are completed at random each week. A positive attitude is a high priority here at Gleam Team,  so not only are our tech's highly trained and very hard working, but arrive with a great attitude!
